I got my wisdom teeth out this weekend and it was a nice experience… except for the beginning process. I was very obviously overwhelmed and nervous and my nurse was not understanding or comforting. I do understand that they operate on a tight schedule and there is not time for worried patients but a little more understanding would have been appreciated. In addition, she did not explain the laughing gas nor the process of it. She just randomly put the mask on my nose with no explanation which did not help my already heightened anxiety. I understand that they preform these surgeries 100 times a day so the nurse was probably not used to having to explain every step of the process, but again, I would’ve felt a lot more at ease if I was walked through the process of what was happening to me and how the procedure was going to be preformed. It is a nice office but I left a little disappointed after the lack of empathy, communication, and understanding 🙂

Dr.Renke is a wonderful doctor. He talks quick and doesn’t like conversations but overall is a great doctor. Answers questions in his own ways. He is a great surgeon my son didn’t have any swelling or bruising took pain medicine for 2 days the third day was more because I was afraid he would be in pain, stopped after the third day. Overall the office was great clean and all the staff were nice. I even got a call from Dr.Renke to see how he was doing. I was very satisfied. Also we got a free smoothie from Dr.Renke

Any treatment is handled with a concise explanation… then … well painless procedure is very accurate. Dr. Pokorny and his associates make sure you are comfortable throughout any work.
