I had a great experience with Dr. Renke and the entire assisting staff. I was understandably nervous going into my appointment, but everyone was kind, patient, and reassuring from the moment I arrived. They took the time to explain everything, answered my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the procedure. Dr. Renke was professional, gentle, and made me feel like I was in very capable hands. The assisting staff were equally wonderful and helped put me at ease when I was feeling anxious. I truly appreciate the care and compassion they showed me. Thank you to the entire team for making what could have been a stressful experience feel much easier!

Dr. Pokorny and his staff were great! Nobody likes tooth extraction but they made me feel totally fine. I was also impressed by the care I got afterwards when I had questions about recovery.

I found out on Thursday night that I had a terrible abscess under a molar and it needed to be extracted. Friday was Labor Day weekend. We called Rochester Oral Surgeons, who were closing at noon, but they told me to come in at 10:00 am. There I met the very kind Dr Paul Renke and his assistant Brittany who sat me down, numbed me up, and in 10 minutes my tooth was gone! Both Dr.Paul and Brittany talked me through the whole procedure, which was quite painless. I thank them so very much for making a stressful morning turn out very well. I will definitely return to them and I give them a fabulous rating. God bless you!

Exceptional experience with Dentist Explained procedure well, concerned for pain. Assistants used the familiars "dear" and "honey" each time I was addressed Have worked in Human Services for years overall we call that minimizing and insulting to older adults. If the experience and results with this dentist were not so good I would not return
