Experienced a bilateral crack in my 19 molar and had to have it removed. My dentist called Dr. Pokorny and they were able to accommodate the next day. He explained the removal procedure and my pain free options. I woke up and followed the rinse and care instructions and I'm very pleased with the process. I will go back and have him provide a permanent replacement in December.

Dr. Renke, DDS & his team were fantastic with my recent molar extraction! I cannot stress enough how much I appreciated all the attention and care each staff member provided throughout the office visit. Dr. Renke described each detail of the extraction procedures before & during the activity. Post-Extraction pain was minimal and Motrin was enough to reduce all pain 24 hours after the procedure. Overall, Excellent Care & Total Satisfaction !

Yesterday this dentist office changed my life I used to be so scared so afraid Even on my way to the dentist office I was scared From a very bad past experience but I had to get my teeth looked at The pain was unbearable anymore. I was greeted with such kindness an compassion By the nurses Given me comfort in their words in their actions that made me feel very comfortable and they Reassured me I was in great hands!! Dr Porotney, Not only was I in great hands I was in amazing hands Dr Pokorny Made sure I didn't feel any pain His voice was so soothing He took my fear away I have never met a team of Nurses and Doctors like this team ever!! They were wonderful The doctor even called me later on that evening to make sure I was doing OK who does that anymore anymore? If you have a fear of going to a dentist/ Specialist/ Oral surgeon this is the place to go I promise you there's no fear to go here. It was worth the hour and 20 minute Drive. My experience here was beyond amazing and what they did for me It's something I will never forget If not for them I wouldn't be able to make my rent this month over my bad tooth God-bless this team and all that they do to make their Is patients so comfortable And relaxed And changing my outlook on dentist /specialist/ Oral surgeons altogether. I also want to thank everyone at this office for what you did for me. I no longer fear getting my teeth fixed. This has been the best oral surgery experience ever everyone made me feel comfortable because I was so nervous about getting this tooth pulled the lady that took care of me at first omg heart of gold she made everything so much easier she help relax me she even help with the payment arrangements I really appreciate The whole staff EVERYONE WAS SOOOOOO NICE AND CARING… I was crying cause I was so happy and they Gave me a group hug before I left… If I ever need a oral surgeon in the future no second thought I’m going straight there…

Normally I’m pretty anxious about dental work due to a bad experience in 1995. The staff could tell I was really nervous but their demeanor quickly changed that. After getting to the room Dr. Pokorny came in and in his usual calming way, greeted me and explained what the plan was. After being numbed up he started the extraction of the offending tooth. He spoke to me in a calming way while working on me. With no pain it was over and done in less than 5 minutes. The Dr. and staff are very friendly and competent. I was out of the office within a half hour with no pain. This is the way to run a dental practice. I’d give them ten stars.

Horrifically painful shots, really don’t know why they have a five star review. I talked to them two or three times about how painful the shots were and nothing changed. I have been to Oral surgeons before and I never had such pain in my life, very traumatizing!

I was extremely nervous to have a tooth extraction and bone grafts. I definitely want to thank Dr. Pokorny, Deanna, and the rest of the team for making my oral surgery so tolerable!! The nitrous oxide was at just the right level to keep me comfortable. The overall experience was far better than I could have expected and I would recommend this oral surgical office for anyone who needs help.

Dr. Renke made me feel very comfortable right from my first visit. Even though we had just met he made me feel like I was a VIP. He was totally in charge and made the whole procedure painless and quick and the results were perfect. His staff was polite, friendly and happy. They answered every question about insurance and procedure in such a professional manner.

I needed four of my wisdom teeth extracted. I was very nervous going in, but Dr. Pokorny was very friendly and helpful. He gave me his full attention and answered all my questions and concerns. The day of the procedure, Dr. Pokorny and staff worked flawlessly. I was comfortable going into the procedure and comfortable leaving. I experienced no pain after my extractions, although many told me I would be in a lot of pain. Dr. Pokorny then followed up and made sure I was okay after my procedure. I highly recommend Rochester Hills Oral Surgery, the doctors and staff are awesome!

Can't say enough about this office and Dr. Pokorny. We were seen as an emergency last minute appointment for my son who is 4 and had a soft tissue injury in his mouth. They are excellent with children and stressed parents. Dr explained everything to my me and my son and made the procedure quick and comfortable. Dr also took the time to call and follow up as well as provide a free smoothie treat for us both. This will be our go to oral surgery office for all future needs.
