I had the absolute best experience at this office. My initial consultation was quick and informative with Dr. Sonpal and Brie. I have never been under any anesthesia before and was very nervous for the procedure but Dr. Sonpal did an amazing job and on day one, the pain is very minimal. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs oral surgery. You all are awesome, but a big thank you to Dr. Sonpal and Brie!!

I had a consultation appointment to get a wisdom tooth removed and after the consult I asked about getting it removed same day and they said they could and got me ready. I was very scared and told the assistant I was scared, they explained what was going to happen and comforted me the whole time. Dr Renke was very nice and calmly said what was happening as he was removing my tooth. Everybody was very nice and I could tell I was in good hands with all of them. This is an office filled with lots of good knowledgeable and professional people. Will definitely recommend to my family and friends.

This office put me into a life threatening situation, by canceling my oral surgery while I have an abscessed and infected wisdom tooth. They felt they could not give me 'the best experience' due to the fact they are more worried about being sued for malpractice due to their incompetencies. They placed their own egos ahead of a patients well being and safety. I wouldn't trust them to do the best job if you were referred by a Dentist. I'm forced to find a surgeon at the last minute and incur thousands more in expenses because they didn't feel confident they could remove the tooth, and offered no solutions or referrals. That alone, risking someone's life, is against all medical codes for which they take a Hippocratic oath to uphold. They didn't even use an X-Ray Lead Apron when they took the Pano X-ray, stating it was less radiation than a cell phone. Bottom line, the office is so 'dated' and their old, antiquated facility leads you to believe they are a quick and dirty 'chop shop'. They also violated my HIPPA rights by discussing previous procedures at other facilities for non-Dental medical work that was done 20 years ago in another state!!! Unprofessional on so many levels.

Went for tooth extraction procedure with Dr Pokorny. Needless to mention that Dr Parkorny is the best. On top of it, experience was with the staff soo good, very structured information, nurses was caring & involved both before & after the procedure that it made by painful procedure into surprisingly pleasant one.

Dr. Pokorny and the office staff were amazing during my recent visit for a tooth extraction. I had the best experience with Dr. Pokorny. A great doctor that answered all of my questions and made sure that I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I cannot recommend this office enough!

Just spoke on phone with a lady from the front desk and she was so rude for no reason. I had a few questions on wisdom teeth removal. Not sure what the process is for being a new patient. I’ve had recent X-rays at other oral surgery business, so I wasn’t sure if I needed to come in or if I could send them in to the doctor. This lady didn’t seem to care at all about making me feel welcomed or taken care of. What is going on with business these days and having the worst customer service. Clearly they don’t need the new business

Today was my third visit to this practice. Both the front office staff and the back office assistants are first rate. Dr. Pokorny has always explained the plan and the procedure prior to anything being done and answered all questions. In a word, outstanding!

I had a referral to this office for the removal of my two impacted wisdom teeth. After having a nightmare of a consultation at a different surgeon’s office, this place brought me some peace and comfort. They were so welcoming and willing to answer my questions, even between the consult and my surgery. I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Sonpal, Sylvia, and the rest of the staff. I was so nervous about the whole process, but Dr. Sonpal was so warm and is incredibly skilled. I am on day 4 and getting better by the day, thankfully only taking ibuprofen as needed at this point. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Sonpal. They know what they are doing and make you feel like family.
