This was my 2nd implant experience at Rochester Hills Oral Surgery. They haven’t frightened me away yet so if I’m in the need for another implant I’ll be back. Everyone I met was very professional from checkin, the implant procedure, and checkout. Dr. Renke and the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable, they answered all my questions, they were on time, and Dr. Renke kept me informed of what was going on during the procedure and what to expect after the surgery. I had a very good experience. I got in timely, the employees were very good. My dentist was very good also. The only complaint I had was that I feel I was being rushed into getting the anesthetic before the topical swab had time to numb the gums. But my request was honored when I asked for more time since my body takes longer to numb up. I would come again☺️
