An implant I had 5 years ago needed to be redone - cause of implant failure unknown. Removal procedure was conducted professionally and efficiently. Post op pain management was clearly explained and a followup appointment was made for the next step in the procedure. Wasn't sure what to expect as this was my first implant. Dr. Pokorny and his staff assuaged my anxiety with a warm and friendly atmosphere and by making sure I was informed and comfortable about each step in the process.
