Met with Dr. Sonpal for an emergency visit. She was very polite and professional. Introduced herself when she walked in the room and carefully reviewed my situation. The procedure I needed done was a little more involved and she was able to fit me in within a couple days. She was on time for her appointment, as was I, and I greatly appreciate that respect for my time. She did a fantastic job and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to her again if I needed. I also would not hesitate to recommend someone to her. Great job Dr. Sonpal! Thank you for all your expertise.

i had two teeth extractions one was an impacted molar . Dr Renke was very thorough and was constantly reassuring me that the process was going well and he explained what he was doing at each step of the process. All the staff at this practice were friendly and helpful. The follow up instructions were explained verbally as well as given to me with the paperwork as I left after the procedure. Dr Renke called me that evening at home to be sure I was doing well.

I’ve been visiting this medical practice few times over the years and this is the first time ever that I’m leaving a personal review. I’d like first to state that is a well organized and managed practice with well trained, knowledgeable and respectful office personnel. Besides, the medical support personnel are equally knowledgeable and well trained in their professional tasks. Finally, if you’re dreading having oral surgery, you’d be amazed by the endeavors of your surgeon to explain you the various steps that would be needed and anticipated to complete the procedure called for, hence putting you at ease and comforting you at the onset of any work to be done. Don’t be surprised to receive a phone call inquiring about your health the night of your appointment by your surgeon. In my honest opinion, that’s a fantastically well managed medical practice.

Patient abandonment without instructions for continued care or referrals to a higher standard of care. As my case was 'Too Complex'. Was told by the Office Manager that My insurance wouldn't cover anything. However when I called my dental Insurance, alot of the procedures were actually covered. Dispite the office being so insistent that it wasnt covered. I did end up filing a QCR report against the Doctor not only for patient abandonment as that's a huge patient safety risk. I did also have to report the attempted fraudulent billing practices.

The people there were helpful and courteous. Dr Renke was also courteous and talked you through the pulling process as it was happening to aleve you of your concerns as they were occuring, like cracking noises from tooth cap etc. There was no pain and it went quickly and you were done.🙂
