We had such a great experience with my daughter’s wisdom teeth removal. From the moment we walked in, the staff was kind, patient, and reassuring, which made a big difference for a nervous parent and teen. The doctor took time to explain everything clearly and answered all of our questions, putting us completely at ease. The procedure went smoothly, recovery instructions were thorough, and my daughter felt well cared for every step of the way. We truly appreciated the professionalism, compassion, and calm atmosphere. Highly recommend this office to any parent looking for excellent care for their child.

This is my second trip to Dr.Renke’s Office. The staff is so pleasant and kind, made me feel very comfortable as usual. I was in and out, it didn’t take that long at all to do the procedure and the recovery isn’t too bad either it’s worth the time in the travel to go to this office. I recommend this office to whoever’s looking for a good oral surgeon and staff.

Dr. Pokorny and his staff are amazing. Both my children have had their wisdom teeth out at his practice and he has been incredible to work with. He is very kind and caring. The procedure is explained. Each patient has a plan and the day of the appointment is flawless. You are in and out of there in just over an hour. Meds and post operative care are set in advance. Truly a well oiled machine. I would highly recommend.

I had two molars extracted for implants today and was welcomed with open, friendly smiles from the ladies in the reception area from the moment I walked in. Once checked in it wasn’t two minutes before I was called back to the treatment room. I was greeted warmly and treated with respect by professionals who were genuinely happy to be working there. First rate service and patient care was provided by Dr. Sonpal and her staff, who continued to ask if I had any questions and persistently asked about my comfort. A special thank you to Dr. Sonpal, Rochelle, and Bree. From the time I walked in, to the time they walked me out to my car I received a level of care that was absolutely exemplary!

The office was wonderfully organized from the start. A link was sent before my appointment so that all paperwork could be completed before my procedure. Upon arrival today for my appointment I was greeted by extremely courteous staff who got me checked in right away. My appointment began on time. Dr Pokorny was excellent, taking time to thoroughly explain the procedure and answer questions. Once my procedure began, the staff went to great lengths to ensure I remained informed and comfortable as the procedure progressed. I couldn’t see who, but one of the nurse techs even placed a cool cloth on my forehead to keep me comfortable. It was clear that they work wonderfully as a team and go to great lengths to ensure each patient is informed, comfortable, and cared for. Nobody likes having oral surgery, however I don’t believe my experience could have been made any better than the care I received today. I thank Dr. Pokorny and his team for their wonderful care I received today.
