Had my wisdom teeth removed here. Very clean establishment, very friendly and helpful staff. Made sure i was as comfortable as possible throughout the entire process, and answered all of my questions. Would highly recommend this practice!

We had an appointment to remove two trapped baby teeth from my 11 year old daughter. Dr. Pokorny explained exactly how it would go and what my daughter should expect at each step along the way. Very reassuring, could not have gone better.

My experience was great! All staff that worked with me were amazing and very kind. I felt like they all took care of me well, and set me up afterwards with a baggie with papers inside that clearly explained what to do and what not do over the following days. Dr. Pokorny and his staff did an excellent job on my recent visit for oral surgery. I spent less that 5 minutes in the waiting room. I was advised of every step during the procedure and was constantly monitored to insure everything was going well. Everything from booking the appointment to healing was well supported by Rochester Hills Oral Surgery. Everyone I was in contact with, cared. Finding an appointment time was easy. Providing insurance and health information was easy. I was greeted warmly when I arrived. The procedure was painless and the concern for my comfort was high. Even when I checked out, follow-up care information and supplies were provided and the invoice was ready for a quick check out. I received a caring follow-up call. While I hope I won't need more oral surgery, I would highly recommend them.

A tooth extraction is never a fun thing - but everyone at this office, especially Dr. Renke, made the experience the best it could be. He was straight-forward about what I could expect, very comforting, and all around a great oral surgeon. Dr. Kathryn Sonpal is fantastic. I had my tooth extraction with her ~2 years ago and now we are working on an implant. She is very knowledgeable, she took her time to explain to me the process in the details and she also adjusted the treatment plan as I was breastfeeding at the time and wanted minimal drug/antibiotics interactions. The office team checked my insurance and advised me on my out-of-pocket cost ahead of time. The procedure of tooth extraction was quick and with minimal pain/ discomfort. I am happy that I was referred to Dr. Sonpal and I would highly recommend her and her team.

I can not say enough good things about Dr Pokorny and his staff. It started with my first phone call to Heather J. she explained the paper work required and the process to be followed she sent me all the paperwork to fill out with notes explaining the process and procedures and to call her if i had ANY questions. I received the paperwork filled it out, returned it by mail. i called back a couple of days later and Heather J. scheduled my appointment at my convenience. When i arrived the wait was maybe 5 minutes if that. Tiffany called me and escorted me to the room and advised the Dr. would be in shortly to do an exam and explain the procedures. Dr. Pokorny came in about 5 minutes later and explained the process, possibilities , and expectations. The whole visit including the wait for anesthetic to take effect took less than 30 minutes and went EXACTLY the way DR. Pokorny said it would. To top of this experience off, The same evening Dr. Pokorny called me at home about 7pm to see how i was doing, if i needed anything and to remind if had ANY problems OR questions i could call him any time 24/7. Having oral surgery certainly is not a pleasant experience. Dr. Pokorny along with his staff made it very comfortable. i cant recommend any other oral surgeon or staff with any higher recommendation. Thank you Dr.Pokorny and staff.

Amazing service. Had to have two upper wisdom teeth removed. The surgeon gave me the option between full and local sedation explaining that the surgery isn't challenging. I opted for local anesthesia; the surgery took literally less than 10 minutes and I was done! Recovery was quick and painless. I got lucky with my teeth, but it wasn't luck to have such good service and surgery. My wife had her wisdom teeth removed here about a year ago and had a great experience too.
